Take on New Territories

Written by Uyoyou Charles-Iyoha

Participate in global businesses through partnerships and collaborations.. There are quite a number of them. Decide on the ones you want to participate in and make the move after careful deliberations.

Extend your borders and possess the land – Psalm 44 verses 1 to 3, Deuteronomy Chapters 2 verse 30, 2 verses 1 to 12. David and his men dispossessed the original inhabitants of Jerusalem known as the Jebusites to possess it – 2nd Samuel Chapter 5 verses 5 to 10. The land can only become yours when you dispossess the original inhabitants; not necessarily through military warfare but through business warfare. In business, financially stronger companies acquire companies which are not as strong as they are. Others merge to become bigger and stronger. You can therefore possess the land either by acquiring the land or merging with the present owners of the land.

Invest in telecommunications.

Participate in and invest in the entertainment sector. How? Become an entertainer – musician, singer at events, comedian, dancer, actor or actress, storyteller, or invest in entertainers for a cut of their earnings.

Acquire celebrity status. This appears to be a fast way of making money in this time and age. Celebrity status gives people who have it plenty of mileage online as industries use them to advertise and market their products online.

The Wisdom of Not Saying Anything

Written by Uyoyou Christiana Charles-Iyoha

It is not every divine instruction given specifically to you that you share with everyone and put in the public domain.

Elisha instructed his servant Gehazi not to say a word to anyone; not even to respond to anyone’s greeting. Rather, he should go straight to the child of the woman of Shunem and lay Elisha’s staff on the face of the child. Gehazi did as instructed. Please read 2nd Kings Chapter 4 verses 29 to 31. The wisdom herein is to accomplish divine purpose before speaking out.

The widow of the indebted prophet was asked to shut the door behind her as she processed and bottled the oil into the numerous borrowed vessels. Please read 2nd Kings Chapter 4 verse 7. In essence, finish processing before speaking out; in point of fact you speak to advertise and sell; not to broadcast the production processes God asked you to do in secret.

Nehemiah did not broadcast what God commanded him to do to anyone; not even when he went out at night to inspect the broken down walls and gates of Jerusalem which were burned with fire. He kept mum. It was only when Nehemiah and his men started building that people knew why Nehemiah was in Jerusalem. Please read Nehemiah Chapter 2 verses 11 to 20.

The Bible records that Mary kept everything the wise men told her and Joseph to her chest. She did not reveal them to anyone. Please read Luke Chapter 2 verses 1 to 9.

Esther kept the secret of her race to her chest until the appropriate time.

Wealth Nuggets

Written by Uyoyou Christiana Charles-Iyoha

Believe in yourself that you can create and sustain wealth.

You should guard the following gifts of God in your life jealously; the awesome sanctifying Presence of God by His Holy Spirit, the rich deposit of the word of God coupled with understanding of the word of God, the divine gift of time – twenty four hours each day to be invested as God would have you invest it and not as man would; the divine gift of writing, dancing, singing, painting, drawing, designing, speaking divine and unique gift of solving problems – providing solutions to what appears to be great challenges and problems just like  Joseph, Daniel, Jacob, Esther, David and Elisha did.

Intellectual prowess, mental alacrity, artistic excellence and ability to spot danger from afar and avert it (intuition, word of knowledge and wisdom are great gifts and assets to treasure as well).

Have an identity and purpose so that you do not cluster with the herd, having no sense of identity and purpose, and doing just what everyone else is doing whether they are right or not.

Do not lose your individuality and your identity to the herd.

Build trust. Make it a habit not to say what you do not mean. It will make you a more reliable person that people can trust and do business with.

Also, make it a habit not to agree with I can’t. This means that you make and take conscious deliberate steps to reject what speaks of I can’t which is satanically designed to limit you from doing what should be done.

Be productive, stop being a consumer. Solve problems and create wealth. Solve problems that no one else can solve.  Always have answers where people have questions and that will lead to a divine transfer of wealth. Do not wait. Start now.

Hone problem solving skills.

Business is not a bag of emotions. Business is hard and smart work. So do not be emotional when making business decisions.

Preach Your Way to Wealth

Written by Uyoyou Christiana Charles-Iyoha

Gone are the days when people required physical structures to preach the gospel. In this day and age, the gospel can be preached online from a mobile phone in your sitting room or bedroom to thousands of people. This simply implies that online Churches are hot and selling especially to the billions of people in the online community. Significantly, it does not cost so much money to set up an online Church. All you require is any of the free platforms online to start. YouTube, GodTube, Church Online, Facebook, and many other such free platforms can jump start you into a flourishing online Church.

An online Church may not bring in tithes and offerings but souls will be saved which is the primary reason for preaching the gospel. Additionally, the sick whether physical ailments, spiritual ailments, mental ailments, marital ailments, financial ailments will receive healing as the gospel is preached in truth and righteousness in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

Churches are not planted for the sake of receiving tithes and offerings. Churches are planted to bring people to Christ and root them in Christ so that they can also reach more people for Christ. Therefore, do not allow the issue of tithes and offerings bother you as you work your way preaching the gospel in an online Church. God Who is always the great Provider knows what to do to bring the resources you require for your ministry your way in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

Besides, as your audience grows and subscribers to your channel grows, you can earn income from ads on the site as well as publicity and sale of Christian resources. But most importantly is the greater reach for evangelism.

Beloved, you can preach to the world in your online Church, your YouTube channel or any other platform used for the preaching of the gospel. Preach to the world through your online Church especially if God called you to a global audience and not a local community Church audience. You can worship in a local assembly but ensure your ministry is global and online. Over time, you will have a growing audience online, which is where your audience is.

Always Expand Resources

Written by Uyoyou Christiana Charles-Iyoha

God promised to expand Jacob on all sides – the West, the East, the North and the South in Genesis Chapter 28 verses 13 to 15. After sojourning in Padan-Aram for twenty years, Jacob could boldly declare that God had increased him and had prospered him from a single individual who crossed the Jordan with his staff to two companies – two wives, two concubines, thirteen children and a horde of flocks as well as servants. What more could a person ask for?  Please read Genesis Chapter 32 verses 9 to 10 and 36 verses 6 to 8.

Expansion is of God and it is the will of God for His children. However, expansion comes by expanding the resources at your disposal. Jesus always did so. For instance, the feeding of over five and four thousands of people with the available little resources that were expanded. Elisha’s supposedly insufficient bread also compounded to feed the many people around him.

The widow of the indebted prophet was able to expand the supposed only a jar of oil into several vessels of oil because she obeyed the divine instructions relayed to her through the Prophet Elisha. This implies that obedience to divine instructions is a major factor in expanding resources. As long as she worked her land, the resources available to her compounded and solved the problem of financial indebtedness in her family. The threat of debt slavery disappeared and she and her sons were free to live in financial freedom.

The virtuous woman of Proverbs Chapter 31 is celebrated for not eating the bread of idleness. Please see Proverbs Chapter 31 verse 27. She consistently expanded resources as she grew from fashion designing and production of clothes to growing a vineyard. Contrast the life and activities of this unnamed woman in the Bible with the unnamed young man of Proverbs Chapter 24 verses 30 to 34 described as devoid of understanding. God had already blessed him with everything required for his daily divine provision and expansion yet he refused to work his land like the following people mentioned in Ecclesiastes Chapter 10 verse 8, Proverbs Chapter 18 verse 9, 19 verse 24, 26 verse 15, 12 verse 27 did.

Beloved, God hates complacency. Complacency attracts punishment from God – Zephaniah Chapter 1 verses 12 to 13. Please read also Luke Chapter 12 verses 13 to 22, take note of verse 19; take your ease, eat, drink and be merry; rather than work harder, earn more and share with other people. Complacency does not expand resources. It depletes resources. But diligence expands resources.

The Secret to Rehoboth

 Written by Uyoyou Christiana Charles-Iyoha

Rehoboth refers to expansion, actually wide open spaces to expand, to bear more fruit, to prosper, to flourish, to stretch out, and to increase on every side. But such spaces do not fall on anyone like a bag of cherries. They are gifts from God for the attainment of divine purpose.

Beloved, Jehovah El-Shaddai, the Lord is Your Shepherd. Rather allow God to shepherd you. God Who is your faithful source and ever present provider will always supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

The secret to Rehoboth is to walk away from strife and contention. Therefore, refuse to contend with anyone over anything be they material resources, financial resources, anything whatsoever. Beloved, refuse to be part of contention and strife over resources. Wherever people are contending over resources, take a walk which will ultimately lead you to God’s green pastures for you.

Abraham walked away from contention over resources and he got Canaan as a permanent possession. Lot who chose the verdant land of Sodom and Gomorrah lost everything. Emulate Abraham, Isaac, and the Apostles in the Early Church; and significantly follow in the steps of Jesus Christ, the Creator of the heavens and the earth Who lived among humans yet did not contend with anyone over any resource despite the fact that He owns everything.

Isaac walked away from the strife and contention in Gerar and God gave him Rehoboth. Significantly, the same people who constantly contended with him over resources were the people who came to him at Rehoboth. Please read the entire chapter of Genesis 26 for insight.

Make Yourself Visible – Global Visibility

Written by Uyoyou Christiana Charles-Iyoha

Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.  Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Matthew Chapter 5 verses 14 to 16

A huge crowd followed Jesus, the reason being that they were attracted by the miracles they saw Him perform among the sick; and the reason for the miracles was that He was teaching the people the word of God as well as the ways of God. Please read Luke Chapters 5 verse 17, 4 verse 43 and 6 verses 17 to 19. It is also significant to note that His teaching sessions were always preceded by prayers; prayers He prayed alone with God before interfacing with the multitudes. Please read Luke Chapters 5 verse 16 and 6 verse 12. Jesus kept preaching, teaching and praying while on planet earth as human. Beloved, you can learn from Jesus Christ whose primary goal was to reconcile humanity to God and not just to attract a following.

You can attract a huge crowd around you if you focus on achieving divine purpose rather than just getting a following. Focus on God and what He wants you to do and not what you think you should be doing. The publicity and the fame is not the work. The work is implementing and fulfilling divine purpose to bring about positive transformation in the lives of people. People who run after fame and publicity fade like roses after a while; here today and gone tomorrow. But purpose driven people are timeless and relevant.

Deploy social media to great advantage and make yourself visible globally. But ensure you have a message which brings about transformation to the lives of people so that the quality of their lives is greatly improved.

Grow your audience. It is not a one off activity. It is a process, daily, weekly, monthly, annual activity which requires great diligence. The key is to keep adding to your existing number of followers and friends on social media irrespective of how large the audience appears to be. No audience is ever large enough for the people God wants to reach through you. KEEP ADDING. However, if you allow God to guide you in growing your audience, you will realize that certain people God led you to follow and those who are following you is to achieve divine purpose.
