Make God your source. The Bible records in Psalm 23 that God is your faithful Shepherd. As your faithful Shepherd, He will always provide for you; in point of fact meet all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus as stated in Philippians Chapter 4 verse 19. Additionally, if God is your source, you will always ask Him for what you need and desire; as well as trust Him to make them available to you through His chosen channels and not who you think should meet the needs. For all you care, the person you are looking up to; putting your trust in may not have the resources you require to either give to you or share with you. But God Who always uses unlikely channels so that His name is always glorified will always send the resources you require.
The widow of Zarephath accommodated and fed Elijah throughout the period of the famine. Please read 1st Kings Chapter 17. Lydia the seller of purple in Thyatira provide for the Apostle Paul and his team. Some notable women in the Bible made ample provision for Jesus’ ministry. Please read John Chapter 8. The priest of Midian accommodated and fed Moses until Moses took on the job of shepherding the family flock.
A good number of biblical characters made God their source and they did not lack whatever resources were required for their sustenance and advancement in life. You can do same and you will never be put to shame because God does not fail and those who trust in God are never put to shame.
Always ask beginning with God. The Bible records in the Lord’s Prayer that Give us this day our daily bread; that is to say ask and you will receive Please read Matthew Chapter 7 verse 7, Matthew Chapter 6 verse, 1st Kings Chapter 17, Philippians Chapter 4 verses 6 to 7.
Be content with what you have no matter how small or insignificant you think it is. This because what you own is your passport to great wealth if only you know what to do with it.
Follow divine processes. God works in diverse ways that are mysterious. One of such ways is through divine processes. This is to say that things do not happen in an instant but through understandable processes, for instance, the filling of the six water pots with water before the water became wine in John Chapter 2 verses 1 to 11; the digging of ditches in preparation for the overflow of water. The creation story in Genesis Chapter 1 talks about processes, one creation leading to the other until the final culmination in the creation of man and subsequent restoration of man after the fall.
You can therefore follow divine processes that lead to wealth. God in His infinite mercy and wisdom promises great wealth to humans through divine processes. With God, there are only possibilities – Daniel Chapter 2, Isaiah Chapter 35, 32 verses 15 to 20. As you consistently work your God given field and pay your tithes in addition to giving generous offerings, the sky is the start point for you as God will give you great wealth as stated in His word. Please read Deuteronomy Chapters 8 verse 18, 15 verse 6 and 28 verses 11 to 12.
May God guide you and bless you as you drop the quest for sudden wealth and do away with all the negative financial behaviors which have deprived you of the great wealth God promised you from the foundation of the world. Shalom.
