Strategize Your Way to Wealth

Strategize your wardrobe. Perhaps your present wardrobe denies you access to certain people, organizations, communities and nations you require in your journey to wealth; commonsense dictates that you strategize your wardrobe by acquiring the necessary clothes and accessories that will grant you access to the wealth making opportunities God blessed you with. Though Joseph could interpret Pharaoh’s dreams, he did not show up before Pharaoh and his court in shabby clothes. He changed into decent clothes from the prison clothes he was used to. Please see Genesis Chapter 41 verse 14. He even shaved – decent grooming. Esther was specially groomed and clothed to appear before the King. Please see Esther Chapter 2 verses 3, 9, 12, and 15 to 17. Naomi instructed Ruth to groom and dress well before going to see Boaz. Beloved, no one needs to rob a bank to groom and dress well. Make enquiries if you do not know. Better still, ask the Holy Spirit. God will help you to dress well in Jesus mighty name. He will give you the wisdom to pick up different pieces and put them together intelligently for that powerful, knowledgeable classy business look.

Strategize your knowledgebase
A limited knowledgebase which denies you access to wealth creating people, institutions, communities and nations should be broadened to accommodate the knowledge requirements of the wealth making opportunities God blessed you with. Acquire not only the relevant knowledge required but additional knowledge that will come in handy when necessary. That was exactly what propelled Joseph to the top in Egypt.  He was called in to interpret the dreams of Pharaoh but Joseph went beyond interpreting the dreams. He proffered the required solutions to the challenges posed by the dream. That was what granted Joseph unrestricted access to the royalty, wealthy and powerful in Egypt. Significantly, he also became powerful, in point of fact, very powerful and wealthy in Egypt.

Strategize your Speech/Utterances
Powerful business presentations whether in formal speech or informal discourses are a function of strategic speech and utterances based on relevant knowledge, informed but strategic diction, thoughtfully connected sentences in which ideas flow into each other seamlessly and understandably. The biblical Abigail was very strategic in her presentation to David. That saved the day and much later she became the wife of David. Do not let your speech and utterances give you away as a thoughtless, indiscreet and tactless person, ignorant person, foolish or stupid or inconsiderate person. Organize your speech and utterances in such a way that they are seasoned with salt. Always know the appropriate and relevant statements to make at every event and to everyone.

Your schedules can give you away as a person who has nothing to do. How? Strategize your schedules in such a way that you appear to be constantly engaged and in high demand. What this does for you is that it increases your value, your consultation fees and if you actually know what you are doing, you become a provider of high end quality services to high end users and of course  you get high end user fees. A word of caution – try to always keep every appointment made with people so that you come off as someone who can be relied upon and therefore dependable. A person who stands people up all the time is considered rude and unreliable. You do not want such a label tagged to you and your personality. Also avoid lateness as it speaks of irresponsibility and utter disrespect to people. Make the effort to be early or just in time.

An over busy schedule is not strategic as it gives the impression that you may not be available for other quality jobs. Therefore, strike a strategic balance which gives the impression that you are a very busy person but you can also be available to take on other jobs and deliver quality right on time. It makes good business sense to provide quality services and deliver right on time. Delivering substandard services or products right on time is as good as not delivering anything as it takes value away from you.
