Slow down and observe.
Running in wide circles doesn’t always achieve our grand designs. Often a
little concentrated effort close to home can produce the greatest results.
Truly, in God’s arithmetic, a little bit often does become a lot. Evelyn Knapp.
Do not run in wide circles for the fun of it. Make conscious
deliberate efforts to be strategic. To be strategic means that you attend to
what is a priority. This also implies that you know what your priority is. This
is because your priority is different from priorities as your priority takes
care of other priorities; that is, if you know your priorities and focus on
your priority at the expense of everything else. If you actually know what your
priority is, then every other thing which attempts to compete with your
priority is actually a distraction which should be ignored or attended to only
when it is convenient that is if it actually needs attending to.
The biblical Daniel for instance knew and understood his
priority. He therefore focused on his priority and refused to be distracted by
the intrigues of the men who were jealous of his success. The result was that
his priority took care of other priorities. Please see Daniel Chapters 1 verses
8, 9, 17; 2 verses 17 to 19, 46 to 49, 4 verse 18, 5 verses 11 to 14, 6 verses
1 to 10, and note verse 10, then 25 to 27.
The Apostle Paul also knew and understood his priority. He
focused on his priority and was able to ignore all the distractions targeted at
making him lose focus. Please see 1st Corinthians Chapter 9 verses
23 to 27, Philippians Chapter 3 verses 7 to 15.
Streamline priorities positively for Christ and focus on
God’s priorities for your life. I recall when the Holy Spirit said to me that I
was too diversified. I had to ask Him to help me streamline my priorities and
He did. Significantly, I still request such help of Him for sometimes, I want
to eat an armful when all I really need is what my spoon can get into my mouth.
Also, do not for any reason sell your birthright by choosing
to till the lands of other people for free especially when your own land is
left unattended to like the vineyard of the young man described as void of
understanding in Proverbs Chapter 24 verses 24 to 30. This is not to say that
you should not a blessing to people but being a blessing to people when you
deliberately leave your land unattended to and uncared for speaks volumes of
how much you love yourself and value your land.
Call forth the resources you require for projects and
personal use at all times. You do not necessarily need to have them at home or
in the bank. You call them forth from wherever they are into your hands so that
they can be deployed to whatever uses you need them for. When God had to create
the universe, He simply called forth the resources required and the Universe
was created. Please read Genesis Chapter 1, Hebrews Chapter 11 verses 1 to 3,
Ezekiel Chapter 37 verses 1 to 14, 1st Kings Chapter 18 verses 41 to
46, 2nd Kings Chapter 7 verses 1 to 20 and 1st Chronicles
Chapter 4 verses 9 to 10.
Jesus Christ always accessed whatever resources He required
to achieve purpose; to function as a human being on planet earth. You can also
do same by always calling forth the resources you require to live as God would
have you live on planet earth. Collect wealth, collect assets. Zero waste,
wealth creation, abundance and economic development, sustainable and equitable
management of the resources of the earth.
