Play Big to Win Big

Written by Uyoyou Christiana Charles-Iyoha

Play big is a common parlance in the stakes. But in the game of life, you do not play big on a hunch. You play big on the basis of the word of God that is infallible because the word of God is God and therefore cannot fail. Embedded in your field is everything you need; money, fame, publicity, ministry, celebrity status, opportunities and platforms to serve God faithfully and lovingly; to excel in business and academics. Therefore, no more wandering in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is time to launch out into the deep; away from your local arena into the global marketplace where you belong. Therefore, stop playing small, in small arenas.

This is because your field is a very successful global brand. Make it a billion dollar enterprise and you are a billionaire. Make it globally sought after and you are globally sought after. Toy with it and you will be toyed with. Refuse to work it and you will be enslaved tilling the lands of other people. There are many successful, wealthy and influential people who arrived where they are in both history and today because they worked their lands.

Therefore play big by working your field intelligently; in big arenas and significantly in the global marketplace. You have all it takes to work it to a very successful; globally relevant brand, acceptable, relevant and on high demand globally. GET TO WORK.

Value You

Place great value on you; the value God placed on you from the foundation of the world. God created you great to achieve great things for Him. He also bought you with a huge price from the kingdom of darkness. Please read 1st Peter Chapter 2 verses 9 to 10. Therefore, place the right value on yourself. Do not allow anyone tone down your value. Rather, consistently upgrade your value by the Spirit of God. Do not play second fiddle to anyone. Be who God created you to be – a global brand, relevant, dominant and significant. Move forward.

Local, national and global acceptance are gifts from God to anyone. They do not happen by chance. God is the One Who makes the people to like, accept and honor a person. Please read  1st Chronicles Chapter 29 verses 22 to 25. Solomon was accepted as King in Israel by both the leadership of Israel and the sons of his father because God put it in the heart of the people to do so.

David was accepted by the people of Israel to be King after the death of Saul and Jonathan. The people were the ones who took the decision to crown David King over Israel. Please read 2nd Samuel Chapter 5 verses 1 to 5.

Take advantage of the current global visibility and acceptance God has given to you to be globally relevant, highly sought after, significant and dominant. Be a global household name in proffering your divinely given and accessed unlimited timeless cutting edge solutions and resources.

Stop Hiding

Stop hiding behind people and institutions. Come out of hiding so that you can emerge into the full plans and purposes of God for your life. You do not have to function in the plans and purposes of God for your life under anyone who is not approved of God. This is because you  have  been capacitated by God to stand successfully on your own without the backing of any one not approved by God. That way, God alone takes the glory for your success.

Exercise Dominion

Manage the resources of the earth for profit irrespective of what the circumstances are. God commanded humans to exercise dominion in Genesis Chapter 1 verse 28, Jeremiah Chapter 29 verses 1 to 7. The exiles in Babylon managed the resources of the earth which they had access to in Babylon and Persia for profit. From the resources they owned and were able to give in support of the rebuilding of the temple, it is obvious that they managed the resources of the earth for profit. Please read Ezra Chapter 2 verses 68 to 69.

Mind Your Business

Invest in yourself. Wandering, meddling, interfering, busy body speaks of the widows described in 1st Timothy Chapter 5 verses 11 to 15; as well as the lazy brethren described in 1st Thessalonians Chapters. Mind your business. Do not meddle. Some of the things you ask people to do are things God wants you to do for yourself.  Therefore, focus on you.
