Invest in Your Land

 Written by Uyoyou Christiana Charles-Iyoha

Your land is a permanent possession given to you by God. It belongs to you and your descendants meaning that it is generational and sustainable in Jesus mighty name. This also implies that it will succeed and grow and grow in Jesus mighty name – Genesis Chapter 13 verses 14 to 18, Numbers Chapter 23 verse 19. Grow it, let it flourish, blossom and be associated with it. Be known with your God given land. Use the land or the platform to carry out the work the Lord gave you to do and not what people think you should do.

Therefore, invest in your land now irrespective of what you see. Do not wait for pleasant conditions. Invest now and reap abundant harvest in Jesus mighty name.

It is given to you and your descendants by God and therefore cannot be taken by anyone or stolen by anyone. And it is all the land – as far as you can see – great scope. No lots should be part of it.

There are also a number of benefits of tilling your land which include but are not limited to the ones captured here.

·         So that you will have sufficient bread. Please see Proverbs Chapters 12 verse 11 and 28 verse 19.

 ·         God blesses the work of your hands. Please see Psalms 85 verse 12, 104 verses 13 to 15, Zechariah Chapter 8 verse 12, Leviticus Chapter 26 verses 1 to 10, Deuteronomy Chapters 8 verses 6 to 9, 11 verses 10 to 15, 12 verses 7, 17, 14 verse 29, 15 verses 4, 10, 14, 18, 16 verses 17, 15, 23 verse 20, 24 verse 19, 28 verses 1 to 13, 30 verses 5, 9, 16.

 ·         To break up your fallow ground. There is much food in the fallow ground – Proverbs Chapter 15 verse 23, 28 verse19, 12 verse 11.

  •  So as not to sow among thorns which choke to destroy the much food in the fallow ground – Jeremiah Chapter 4 verse 3. Hosea Chapter 10 verse 12.

  • Additionally, the Bible instructs farmers and herds owners in Proverbs Chapter 27 verses 23 to 27 to pay attention to their herds for those herds are wealth creation resources (they should therefore be cared for and maintained otherwise they will not bring benefits to the owner). If you do not attend to them and keep minding the herds of other people, what happens to you and your God given resources? You will be undernourished where you are minding other people’s herds while your own herd suffers. Therefore, you must give priority to your land by investing in your land. God bless you as you do so in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

 ·         To put an end to slavery. Slavery can be physical, mental, spiritual, financial, etc.  Freedom from Mental Captivity - Colossians Chapter 2 verse 8 to end, 2nd Corinthians Chapter 10 verses 3 to 6, Colossians Chapter 3 verses 1 to 2, Psalm 126 and Psalm 24.

·     Quite significant and instructive is the fact that it was when Issachar started tilling his own land that he put an end to slavery in his lineage. This was complete destruction of the yoke of quick sands in his life and so shall it be unto you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Quick sands limit to hinder progress in life. Quick sands are situations that are difficult to escape from but with God, nothing is too difficult.
