Walk Through the Doors

 Written by Uyoyou Christiana Charles-Iyoha

A great and effective door as stated in 1st Corinthians Chapter 16 verse 9 was a huge door of opportunity for good work but there was fierce opposition by those opposed to the ministry of the Apostle Paul. Please read Acts Chapter 19 and 2nd Corinthians Chapter 2 verse 12. This implies that there are also insignificant and ineffective doors – Revelation Chapter 3 verses 7 to 8, Isaiah Chapter 22 verse 22.

In like manner, there is a door or doors that are huge business opportunities for you to create wealth but because there is so much opposition therein, you are probably afraid and have chickened out thinking that those doors were not opened by God. For instance the huge opportunities for participation in global businesses opened by the Internet in this era of digitalization is a huge door of opportunity to walk through. It may appear difficult if you do not have the skills for participation. Significantly, the skills are not rocket science. You can learn and quite easily if you put your mind to it and sell your goods and services.

You can also participate in profitable online activities – sales promotions by platforms who market your goods and services, conferences (both free and fee paying), online courses and discussions, Church online activities, as well as other large reach organizations to give you and your products and services mileage. That way you can leverage the strengths of other organizations to your advantage and profit.

These are some of the open doors God has for you that you need to walk through for them to become great and effective doors. If you do not walk through them, they do not become great and effective doors. Therefore, go to the websites and social media handles of these people and institutions to connect, link up with them and maintain contacts.

You may experience challenges but God will help you overcome whatever challenges the enemy will bring your way by the Spirit of God so that you can soar to God’s heights. Please read Deuteronomy Chapter 15 verse 6, 28 verses 11 to 13, Isaiah Chapter 10 verse 27, Nahum Chapter 1 verses 9, 13. After all, the Bible records that for this cause was the Son of Man manifested; to destroy the works of the devil. How does the Son of God destroy the works of the devil? With the word of God – He is also the Word of God. Please read Revelation Chapter 19 verses 13 to 15, Ephesians Chapter 6 verse 17b, Revelation Chapter 1 verse 16, Hebrew Chapters 1 verses 1 to 3, 11 verse 3, 4 verse 12 to 13, John Chapter 1 verses 1 to 17, 17 verse 17, Psalm 91 verse 4b, Isaiah Chapter 55 verses 8 to 11, Genesis Chapter 1, 2nd Peter Chapter 3 verses 5 to 9.

The Import of Associations on Success and Wealth 2

Written by Uyoyou Christiana Charles-Iyoha

Relationships which take you away from God, make you sin against God and other people are not beneficial relationships. Take for instance Amnon, the first son of King David and his cousin and friend, Jonadab. Rather than give wise and godly counsel to Amnon regarding his supposedly affection for Tamar, he advised Amnon to deceive and rape his own sister. Amnon also did not weigh the implications of such an action. So without thinking, consulting someone else for a second opinion, he acted and consequently lost his young life and position to the throne as Absalom, the enraged brother of Tamar refused to forgive Amnon’s stupidity.

Absalom killed Amnon for defiling and humiliating his sister. Compare the ungodly counsel of Jonadab whom the Bible describes as a very crafty man to the very godly and wise counsel of Naomi to Ruth to approach Boaz as their next of kin for her redemption as a widow of one of Naomi’s sons. Because everything was done in a godly manner, Ruth ended up as Boaz’ wife, fulfilled divine purpose and was a blessing to Naomi. The birth of Obed brought untold joy to Naomi as she helped to nurse the young man, an ancestor of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Samson’s unfortunate liaison with Delilah cost him the grace of God upon his life.

Rahab chose to align with the people of God. She alongside members of her family were saved and entered the Promised Land to enjoy the rest of God.

Mary Magdalene chose to follow and worship Jesus Christ. She remains globally famous despite coming from a negative past. Her decision to follow Jesus Christ cancelled out the negative past.
