You have more than enough because God has destroyed
the yoke of insufficiency. Insufficiency is a mental and spiritual stronghold
with which the enemy keeps a person in a state of perpetual lack, inability to
meet pressing needs because resources are always insufficient. It manifests in
never having enough and there is never enough, therefore, you do not share what
you have. When you do not share resources, they do not multiply and compound
because you have not put any seed on the ground for God to multiply and
compound.
Significantly, what makes you refuse to share is
because you believe the lie of the enemy that you do not have enough and
therefore what you have cannot and should not be shared. That lie is what then
keeps a person in the bondage of insufficiency. Unfortunately, this is a time
tested strategy of the enemy to keep people in the bondage of insufficiency.
But if you believe the truth of the word of God that
God will always supply all your resources according to His riches in glory by
Christ Jesus, then you will always share what you have knowing that God is the
One Who will always supply your needs and not necessarily the resources at your
disposal. The resources at your disposal are most often seeds for sowing that
should be planted to produce great harvests. Please see John Chapter 12 verse
24, Ecclesiastes Chapter 11 verses 1 to 6, Zechariah Chapter 8 verse 12, Isaiah
Chapter 30 verse 23 and Luke Chapter 6 verse 38.
Sharing of
resources is a principle of overcoming challenges. You can and should actually share
whatever resources are at your disposal. God in His infinite mercies will
multiply whatever resources you share. Jesus Christ fed thousands when he
shared the supposedly little available bread and fish with the hungry
thousands. They had leftovers even after everyone was satisfied. Beloved, you
can share the supposedly little you have to get yourself out of your present difficulties
whatever they may be. You can share love, money, material goods, godly counsel,
time, expertise, useful and timely information and get rewarded by God in ways
you least expect.
Beloved, refusal to share resources is akin to not
planting seeds during planting seasons and when you do not plant at planting
seasons, there will be no harvests to reap during harvests time. Sharing of resources is also akin to seed
sowing and seeds planted especially on good ground grow, bud and fruit to
bountiful harvests. That explains why every wise farmer keeps the best of seeds
for planting.
The Bible records in Psalm 126 verses 5 to 6 that
those who sow in tears always reap in joy. The question I dare to ask as I
bring this post to an end is ‘are you sharing resources with anyone? If yes, I
challenge you to keep it and build on what you are doing. The gains will blow
your mind. But if no, I plead with you to start now so that you can begin to
enjoy the benefits of sharing for profit. God bless you as you do sin Jesus
mighty name. Shalom.
