Step Up Your Game 2

Written by Uyoyou Christiana Charles-Iyoha

Institutionalize and put relevant structures on ground so that you can flourish and bloom with your God given vision. Instituting the God ordained structures that impact to transform humanity which you have been instructed to institute by the Holy Spirit will speed up processes for you and give you great mileage ahead of your competition.

Be more friendly. It is said that people who smile and are friendly are usually welcome anywhere. This is because people care about how much you care about them and not necessarily what you know though what you know may also come in handy.

Treat people with respect. Truth, integrity, honesty, rule of law and respect for others is not a sign of weakness. Besides, you never can tell; great people sometimes come in small packages.

Be more generous. Generosity always has the capacity to enlarge you. Therefore give because it is more blessed to give than to receive and anything given is a seed and because seeds always germinate and produce a harvest in response to the law of seed time and harvest, your giving will always bring blessings to you if done in line with the will of God for your life. Every opportunity to give is an opportunity to be blessed. When you give you provoke the law of giving –Please see Genesis Chapter 8 verse 22 and Luke Chapter 6 verse 38. Every seed in your hand is pregnant with plantations. You can count the number of seeds in an orange but you cannot count the number of oranges in a seed. Give of your time, talent and treasure – Luke Chapter 9 verses 14 to 17.

Be more compassionate. Your love for God and his people should never wax cold, no matter the circumstances and how people treat you. Respond to them in love and give them grace. Continue to be compassionate. Do not lose your divine capacity to have and show compassion irrespective of what the circumstances are. Do not become ruthless. You do not need it.

Ignore distractions as the goal of every distraction is to distract you from purpose and as long as you pay attention to distractions, you will get distracted and do not achieve purpose. This is because the enemy does not want you to make progress. But when you ignore distractions no matter the format in which they appear, you move forward and achieve purpose. God has given you victory. All the sieges are a lie of the enemy to confuse and frustrate you. The truth is that God has heard you and given you victory in Jesus mighty name.

Focus on your final destination and how to get there. You are even closer to Canaan than you think. Keep moving. The applause of God is much more important than the appearance of humans. The applause of God comes with complete and prompt obedience to God in accomplishing purpose while the applause of humans may make you disobey God. King Saul is a classic example. His reign was short-lived.

Move forward every day. Sustain the tempo, do not drop it to low and then attempt to pick it up again. When you have had resounding successes by the grace and spirit of God, you can daily build on, enhance on those successes to sustain the attraction to those successes. Reject backward movements whether spiritual, physical or mental or even financial. God will give you victory over stagnation and retrogression in Jesus mighty name.

Exercise your mind by learning every day. Read and study something new. Ask questions; interact with people who are more knowledgeable than you. You will be amazed at how elastic your mind is as well as its capacity to expand.

Rule over your thoughts. Take control of your thoughts. Please see Proverbs Chapter 4 verses 20 to 23, Matthew Chapters 12 verses 34 to 36, 13 verses 1 to 23. Mental processes are products of mental deposits in the heart. Please see John Chapter 2 verses 1 to 10, take note of verses 7 to 10. The supposedly good wine was drawn from the water pots filled with water. The water was good water. In like manner, if you fill your heart with the word of God, you will experience what the Bible describes as the washing of water by the word in Ephesians Chapter 5 verse 26. One of the ways to keep your heart with all diligence is to feed your heart with the word of God on a daily basis. Please see Deuteronomy Chapter 6 verses 4 to 9.  Ask the Holy Spirit to help you.

Be ruled by the Holy Spirit. Let your mental processes – thoughts, imaginations and desires be ruled by the Holy Spirit of God. Always subject your desires to the Spirit of God.

Dress well; wear the right clothes which suit your body frame and do wear a decent hairstyle that describes you as responsible and competent.
