Your brand is the
sum total of your true worth, capabilities and influence. This includes your contacts – all the people
you know that can support your brand. Your brand is wealth worth billions if
only you know what to do with the brand.
The role of relationships and partnerships in
branding is very significant. The significance of right relationships in
quality branding cannot be overemphasized. That is why you should engage in
right relationships such as spiritually, physically, financially and mentally
rewarding relationships that brand and position you strategically for wealth,
success, honor and fame.
Spiritually rewarding relationships are
relationships that build you, strengthen and enhance you spiritually. The
greatest and best of such relationships that I can think of is your
relationship with God through Jesus Christ and the indwelling Presence of God
through the precious Holy Spirit. This relationship not only guarantees life in
eternity with Jesus Christ (John Chapter 3 verses 1 to 5, 16 to 19); but knowledge,
understanding and wisdom for daily living (Isaiah Chapter 48 verse 17); which
ultimately leads to wealth and success.
Engage in spiritually rewarding activities,
utterances and relationships. Spiritually rewarding activities include Bible
reading as well as study; Sunday school, Bible study, prayer meetings,
evangelism, prayer, prophesying the scriptures to situations, that is speaking
the scriptures, declaring the counsel of God to situations. Obedience to the
word of God, divine instructions is spiritually rewarding and brings the glory
of God. Naaman was instructed by Prophet Elisha to go wash in the River Jordan
seven times. Seven times is a process. As Naaman obeyed, the leprosy that
brought shame and humiliation to his life disappeared. Engagement in
spiritually rewarding activities will re-brand you and position you for God’s
highest and best for you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Additionally, do engage in physically rewarding
activities, utterances and relationships as well as financially rewarding
activities, utterances and relationships.
Engage in mentally rewarding activities, utterances
and relationships; that is activities that stretch your mental capacities. Do
not forget that the mind is highly elastic and can accommodate activities that
enable it to accumulate and process life transforming knowledge, information
and wisdom.
Mentally rewarding utterances push you up the ladder
of wise, refined, cultured and intelligent knowledgeable and respected people
who get rewarded financially for utterances that bless humanity. The Bible
records that kings and queens as well as merchants and people flocked to
Jerusalem to hear the wisdom of King Solomon. They did not come empty handed as
they left quality gifts of gold, silver, etc for King Solomon, thereby
increasing King Solomon’s wealth. This is to say that mentally rewarding
utterances, an offshoot of mentally rewarding activities creates and
accumulates wealth and success.
Invest your life and resources on relationships,
institutions and activities that are of God, that honor God and bring glory to
God. No more getting involved for the fun of being involved. God must be honored
in everything you do and people you relate with.
