The wayside heart is grossly unprepared for the gospel. Consequently, it cannot process the gospel which explains why the seed of the gospel planted in it is carelessly trampled upon and devoured. In like manner, business and money making ideas, products and services taken to the wayside ground will automatically fizzle out, the products and services will be treated as scum, disdained, rejected and if you have no idea who you are and what the quality of your products and services are; you will lose confidence in yourself, your ideas, products and services and will not have the confidence you require to multiply and compound your resources to wealth and success and be the blessing God created you to be to humanity. Why is that so? Because you took what is of value to a ground that is not prepared for value, does not know value, appreciate value and is therefore not receptive to value. What happens? That value is trampled down and devoured.

Swim Against the Tide 2

To start with, God is not the one opposing you in your journey to financial independence. It is the devil and his cohorts. Whoever, whatever comes out to attack you on your way to the land of promise is not of God and has no power over you as God has stripped them of all power to hurt you. Therefore, be determined to move forward. Dislodge the powers of darkness and opposition in prayers. If ever there was a time to pray it is now. Match them force for force and eliminate to dispossess them. Eliminate the opposition in prayers as the Apostle Paul did to the wild beasts of Ephesus. Prophesy the word of God to stem the satanic flood waters of financial lack so that you can destroy every opposition on your path, dispossess them and move on to the land of promise. Therefore, strike hard, eliminate them, dispossess them and move on to the land of promise on your knees.

Most likely, you will experience very fierce opposition even in prayers as you may not break through to God immediately, which is accessing the throne room of God. But keep asking God for mercy by the blood of Jesus Christ; confessing your sins and asking that the blood of Jesus Christ wipe away every handwriting that is contrary to you on account of whatever sin that the enemy may holding on to; to accuse you as well as to stop you from accessing the throne room to receive forgiveness, cleansing, healing and restoration in your finances.

Swim Against the Tide 1

Is it possible to swim against the tide and what exactly is the tide? The tide referred to here is the tide of the floodwaters of financial challenges no matter the format in which they present.

God had long intervened in your finances and released financial abundance to you. But the enemy has been blockading your access to the financial abundance, resisting and opposing you spiritually, physically, mentally and in so many ways that you are probably beginning to doubt if God wants you to have any personal finances. Beloved, God did not create you to be poor, in lack, in debt and borrowing to live. He created you to prosper, be wealthy and to be happy. Whatever then limits you from prospering is not of God, is satanic and should be destroyed completely in Jesus mighty name.

The prince of Persia opposed the angel bringing God’s answer of healing and restoration to Daniel’s intercession, confession of sins and repentance in prayer accompanied by prayer and fasting by blocking the angel from reaching and accessing Daniel. The prince of Persia succeeded for twenty one days until archangel Michael came to the rescue and the angel was free to reach Daniel as Michael held forth and successfully so. The prince of Persia was not alone in the blockade and barricade of the angel’s access to Daniel (Daniel Chapter 10 verse 13). He came with the kings of Persia – though the number is not specified, kings stand for plural meaning they were more than one. Secondly, they were opposed to the angel’s visit to Daniel and therefore withstood him from accessing Daniel with God’s answer of peace. In like manner, the devil and his cohorts oppose, resist, fight the grace and goodness of God in our lives. They do this using different methodologies which the Bible refers to as wiles in Ephesians Chapter 6 verses 11 to 12; strongholds, arguments and high things that exalt themselves against the knowledge of God. Through these, they attempt to pollute the people of God to contaminate them and bring them into judgment so that the wrath of God rather than the mercy of God rests upon them.

Find the Money 3

To find the money, there are certain limitations and hindrances to money making that you should pay attention to closely in order not to be trapped by them. They include:

}  Refusal to pay tithes and give offerings

This manifest in refusal to tithe, inconsistent tithing, inaccurate tithing, refusal to give offerings, and even when you give, the offerings are stingy. The quality of the tithe (that is the mindset/attitude inn giving the tithe such as this is it, stop disturbing me coupled with the packaging of the tithe as well as presentation are critical determinants of genuine and sincere tithing. Also important is the source of the tithe; is it from the hire of a dog, prostitution, robbery, blood money?

Other forms of limitations and hindrances include outright refusal to support kingdom work (Haggai Chapter 1), consistent disobedience to God, rebellion( Deuteronomy Chapter 28), idolatry (Judges Chapter 7, 1^st Kings Chapter 17 and 18), dishonesty (Proverbs Chapter 13 verse 11), idle chatter (Proverbs Chapter 14 verse 22), laziness and frivolity (Proverbs Chapter 6 verses 6 to 11, 20 verses 4 and 13, 24 verses 30 to 34, 12 verse 11, 28 verse 19), giving to the rich and oppressing the poor (Proverbs Chapter 22 verse 16), profligacy (Proverbs Chapter 21 verse 17, 23 verses 20 to 21, 6 verse 26, the prodigal son), haste (Proverbs Chapter 21 verse 5b), overwork (Proverbs Chapter 23 verses 4 to 5).

Do away with hatred as hatred impoverishes. Please see Psalm 89 verse 23, Deuteronomy Chapter 7 verse 15, 1^st John Chapters 3 verses 11 to 15; 4 verse 20, Revelation Chapter 21 verse 8, Galatians Chapter 5 verses 19 to 22, Genesis Chapter 27 verse 41 (Esau and Jacob), Genesis Chapter 37 note verses 4 to 5, 8, 11, 19 to 20, 25 to 28 (Joseph and his brothers), 2^nd Samuel Chapter 13 verses 15 to 16, 22 to 33, Ezekiel Chapters 35; 36 verse 5, Proverbs Chapter 10 verse 18.

Reject pride and pray against it. Please see Deuteronomy Chapters 6 verses 10 to 13; 8 verse 10 to 18, Ezekiel Chapters 28 verses 1 to 17; 31 verses 1 to 10, Daniel Chapter  4 , 2^nd Chronicles Chapters 26 verses 15 to 21; 32 verses 25 to 26, Ezekiel Chapter 16 verses 1 to 15.

Decide to be Wealthy 2

While poverty can be multi dimensional, the tools for eliminating poverty are also multidimensional. Therefore if poverty shows up as financial poverty, you start the elimination process by cultivating and maintaining a fervent relationship with God, repent of all the known and unknown sins that festered poverty in your lineage (most times poverty is generational), in you and  then ask God for what to do. You can start from the Bible where the promises of God concerning financial abundance are myriad. Please see Deuteronomy Chapter 15 verse 6, 28 verses 12 and 13, 2^nd Corinthians Chapter 8 verse 9, 3^rd John 1 and 2.

Certainly, there is a spiritual dimension to challenges but that dimension can be addressed spiritually by dealing with the spirits and satanic beings behind the oppression through the blood of Jesus Christ rather than dancing around the spiritual oppression through divination, complacency, pity parties and what have you. Complacency is actually quicksands. It sinks you deep into a rut where you are hampered by the inability to get out of whatever rut you need to get out of.

You can break out of poverty if you make up your mind to do so irrespective of the odds stacked against you. You can start now and immediately reject and renounce poverty no matter how long poverty has resided in your lineage. You can do this by a reorientation from generational mindsets regarding poverty and wealth. Study generational expenditure patterns, income generating patterns, wealth creation mentality, what people recourse to when faced by challenges. Do the members of this family ever seek out their divine purposes on earth? Do they exist to eat and breed children, with no generational impact on humanity other than just eat and breed children? Do they celebrate poverty as a mark of righteousness and piety? Poverty is not a mark of righteousness and piety. It is a mark of satanic opposition.
