Build Financial Empires

Written by Uyoyou Christiana Charles-Iyoha

Financial empires do not happen overnight or in an instance. They are products of processes and long term planning. Your preoccupation should therefore be how to access the financial abundance God blessed you with so you can build financial empires. How you may ask? Be consciously and actively involved and engaged in money making activities. Do not assume. Do what has to be done legally and godly to earn an income. Produce and sell goods as in the case of the widow of the indebted prophet in 2nd Kings Chapter 4 verses 1 to 7, Lydia in Acts Chapter 16 verse 14, the virtuous woman of Proverbs Chapter 31 verses 10 to 31, Aquila, Priscilla and the Apostle Paul who were tent makers in Acts Chapter 18 verses 1 to 3.

Know and understand the dynamics of whatever industry you operate in. Google how other people are selling their products and services and learn. Take the best practices especially what the Holy Spirit will have you learn and implement.

Set annual sales targets and try to exceed them.

Break annual sales targets to monthly, weekly and daily sales targets.

Develop and implement strategies for making such sales.

Ask God to help you exceed the targets.

An Idea Is an Empire

Written by Uyoyou Christiana Charles-Iyoha

An idea is usually intangible. It starts as a thought and grows as an expanded thought. This implies that ideas are thoughts expanded through creative but strategic thinking processes. Such processes should ideally be dependent on the Holy Spirit. Thoughts expanded to ideas create with the word of God birthing businesses, scientific inventions and what have you.  This is to say that ideas which originated as a thought (s) in the hearts of men and women over time expanded to the institutions, technologies, innovations, fashion etc that bless humanity today. Therefore, think more, process thoughts, ideas, evaluate and reevaluate them, including the jobs at hand to see how you can convert them to empires. Review what you do, what has been done and how it can be improved upon to grow beyond what it is now to the empire God designed it to be from the foundation of the world.

Everything God created is designed to multiply because embedded in every creation of God is the capacity for fruitfulness. Even nature teaches us that fruitfulness leads to multiplication and in some cases compounding. In like manner, an idea that is well thought out; implemented in the right place, at the right time and with the right people definitely turns out right, blooms and flourishes beyond the original implantation stage to become an empire.

Give Your Way to Wealth

Written by Uyoyou Christiana Charles-Iyoha

The power to get wealth is preceded by the power to lay down. It is impossible to provoke giving without the power to lay down. . You must first lay down before you receive. This is the secret of increase. Increase your giving and you will increase your capacity to get wealth. Every seed you sow always multiplies and compounds. There is a progression – as Isaac sowed in the land, he kept waxing great, growing from one level of greatness to another.  The possible outcomes of giving include unanticipated progress to the next level. GIVING therefore INCREASES INCOME;, GIVING CAN WARD OFF DANGERS. Please see Malachi Chapter 3 verse 11.

In Deuteronomy Chapter 16 verse 17, the Bible instructs believers to give according to the blessing of the Lord your God which He has given you. No one should appear before God empty and you give from what God has blessed with you. This implies that God will always bless you but He also expects a worship portion from that blessing through the giving of tithes and generous offerings in His house. Please see also 2nd Corinthians Chapter 8 verses 1 to 7.

Strategize Your Way to Wealth

Written by Uyoyou Christiana Charles-Iyoha

Sometimes, a great mental paradigm shift is required for anyone desiring wealth to get wealth. This is because certain mindsets that are contrary to wealth production have to be discarded so that the mindsets that allow for wealth production are internalized and utilized for wealth production.

For instance, if you are blessed with the gift of strategic thinking that enables you to think, think through issues, analyze them to come up with solutions, then you are a strategist who should be productively engaged in strategizing issues. This is more like operating the gift of wisdom; a problem solving skill which is a gift from God that you are blessed with. Your task, job and responsibility is to strategize the solutions and not necessarily immerse yourself in the tasks. Joseph supervised the work of collecting and storing up the abundant harvests. He did not plant the crop, work the land, harvests the grains, bag the grains, transport the grains, and build the storehouses. Other people carried out these tasks taking instructions from Joseph. Joseph did not swamp himself in activities that would clog his mental processes, major tools he required for strategizing. He delegated the non strategizing processes to other people and concentrated on developing strategies - thinking and analyzing and in the process expanded the development plan to include the government land use act, sale of food to other nationalities to generate additional income for Pharaoh.

A strategist who does not delegate non strategizing processes is headed for oblivion. That was why Jethro advised Moses not to wear himself out in judging the people alone as he could actually delegate those processes to other competent people in the community.

The prophet Elisha never engaged in non strategizing processes. He always delegated, issuing instructions that only total and prompt obedience to provided solutions to those who needed the solutions. He instructed the widow of the indebted son of the prophet to go package oil - albeit in borrowed vessels. She obeyed and the long term siege of financial challenges that was fast becoming a trans-generational problem was solved.

Create Wealth in 2017

Written by Uyoyou Christiana Charles-Iyoha

It is the will of God for you to create wealth and be wealthy. Do not enter 2017 and walk through 2017 beggarly, needy, indebted and in lack. Take a quality decision even on this first day of January 2017 to be one of the God created wealthy people on planet earth. Please see Deuteronomy Chapters 8 verse 18, 6 verse 15 and 28 verses 11 to 13 so that you can be a blessing to the constituency God wants you to bless financially.

There are many people out there in need, lack, debt because you have not created the wealth God wants you to create not because God has not empowered you to do so but because you have not done so; because you are either minding other people’s businesses and therefore not minding yours. If you keep minding the businesses of other people, how then will you create wealth from your business that you have not paid attention to?

Beloved, 2017 is your year to create and generate outstanding wealth. However, you must mind your business as God would have you mind them. Please see Proverbs Chapter 27 verses 23 to 27 and Isaiah Chapter 28 verses 23 to 29. Do not be like the young man devoid of understanding who neglected his vineyard and was visited by poverty and hunger. Do not fritter time tending the businesses of other people as their harvests will be for them and not for you.

Beloved, the year is still very young which makes the timing therefore very apt for you to start it with tending your businesses to fruition, great harvests and multiple income streams as well as outstanding wealth in Jesus mighty name. Enjoy His great grace, be fruitful and multiply and be wealthy. Shalom.

Steps to Wealth

Written by Uyoyou Christiana Charles-Iyoha

It is the blessing of God that can make you rich, a lender to nations and not a borrower. Please see Deuteronomy Chapters 28 verses 12 and 13, 8 verse 18, 10 verse 29, 15 verses 1 to 18, 16 verses 15 to 17, 24 verse 19, 30 verses 5 and 9; 2nd Samuel Chapter 6 verses 10 to 12, 1st Chronicles Chapter 26 verses 4 to 8, 15, 1st Chronicles Chapter 4 verses 9 and 10, 1st Samuel Chapter 2 verses 8 and 9. Ask God to bless you.

Do not depend on a single source of income. Always expand your sources of income – multiple income streams. Oceans never dry up because they have multiple water bodies – seas, rivers, lakes, streams flowing into them.

Always invest and re-invest your income in high yield businesses. Expand your selling points – identify other sales outlets.

Deep calls unto deep. What you seek is in the depths of God’s word. Dig deep and you will find what you seek. Seek and you will find. Oceans run deep, have multiple inflow channels and therefore do not dry up.

Move Forward (Deuteronomy Chapter 1 verses 1 to 8). The only propeller for moving forward in life is the word of God. Please, see. Therefore, move forward and take over the entire land, the mountains, the hills, the plains, the lowlands, the seacoast, the great river, the North, the South, the East and the West. The land is before you. Move in and occupy. It is your land given to you by God for a possession. Move in and occupy.

Discard every Lot. Your Lot may not necessarily be your nephew, niece, brother, sister or cousin or friends that you invited into the business. It could be mediocrity, tunnel vision, or what have you. Whatever it is, ask God to help you get rid of it so you can internalize excellence and move on to global visibility, recognition and number 1 positioning.

Assess your intangible assets and what tangible assets they should generate. Any one, any activity that does not generate this or does not lead to the generation of this is not worth spending five minutes on. Give them fleeting seconds and move on to more fruitful activities. The determinant of activities and relationships should be how much they can generate in the long run.

Decide to be Wealthy 2

Written by Uyoyou Christiana Charles-Iyoha

While poverty can be multi dimensional, the tools for eliminating poverty are also multidimensional. Therefore if poverty shows up as financial poverty, you start the elimination process by cultivating and maintaining a fervent relationship with God, repent of all the known and unknown sins that festered poverty in your lineage (most times poverty is generational), in you and  then ask God for what to do. You can start from the Bible where the promises of God concerning financial abundance are myriad. Please see Deuteronomy Chapter 15 verse 6, 28 verses 12 and 13, 2nd Corinthians Chapter 8 verse 9, 3rd John 1 and 2.

Certainly, there is a spiritual dimension to challenges but that dimension can be addressed spiritually by dealing with the spirits and satanic beings behind the oppression through the blood of Jesus Christ rather than dancing around the spiritual oppression through divination, complacency, pity parties and what have you. Complacency is actually quicksands. It sinks you deep into a rut where you are hampered by the inability to get out of whatever rut you need to get out of.

You can break out of poverty if you make up your mind to do so irrespective of the odds stacked against you. You can start now and immediately reject and renounce poverty no matter how long poverty has resided in your lineage. You can do this by a reorientation from generational mindsets regarding poverty and wealth. Study generational expenditure patterns, income generating patterns, wealth creation mentality, what people recourse to when faced by challenges. Do the members of this family ever seek out their divine purposes on earth? Do they exist to eat and breed children, with no generational impact on humanity other than just eat and breed children? Do they celebrate poverty as a mark of righteousness and piety? Poverty is not a mark of righteousness and piety. It is a mark of satanic opposition.

Build and Sustain Generational Wealth 1

Written by Uyoyou Christiana Charles-Iyoha

The Biblical truth about wealth creation is that wealth has to be created – Deuteronomy Chapter 8 verse 18. The indebted prophet’s widow alongside her two sons became packagers of an unlimited divine resource which they later marketed to generate money. Wealth was created.
The power to create wealth can be mental, spiritual and physical. Whichever, God deposited in you the power to create wealth. David for instance had military power and used that power to advantage in securing personal and national wealth in Israel. How? The nations he subdued brought tribute to him. In addition, the spoils of war, particularly the gold, silver and bronze pieces  alongside iron and opulent garments contributed to his wealth. The slaves taken in war also worked the land for agricultural produce.

Solomon was blessed with spiritual and mental power. His spiritual power lay in his total surrender, respect, honor and obedience to God coupled with his total dependence on God to help him administer justice. Consequently, God blessed him with the additional gift of wisdom. He was the wisest man of his time and globally he became a resource and reference on wisdom. People; especially kings and queens as well as people of great repute, social and economic standing came in search of him to hear his wisdom. They did not come empty handed. They came with quality gifts that translated into great wealth for Solomon. He became the wealthiest person of his time. Solomon also invested in intra region trade and had a flourishing bilateral trade treaty and business with Hiram, king of Tyre. This increased his wealth.
